How long is your turnaround time? Can I get an expedited package?

Your exact time to final drafts depends on when you schedule your consultation with your writer and how many revisions you request. Currently, our personalized process takes up to 10 days until first drafts, followed by up to 7 additional days for 2 revision requests.

PLEASE READ: During holiday weeks, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, our resume writers have limited availability which may result in extra wait time. Higher demand options such as Premium Packages and our Premier Team upgrades may take even longer based on availability.

Do you work on Academic CVs or Federal Resumes?

Not at this time, unfortunately. Academic CVs and Federal Resumes have specific conventions that are different from the typical professional resumes that we specialize in.

Do you work with clients outside of the U.S.?

Yes! We work with clients anywhere in the world. Here are things non-U.S. clients need to know:

  • Consultations outside of the U.S. will be held over video call to avoid international phone charges.
  • International requirements for CVs/resumes can differ, so please check your region’s requirements before ordering one of our resumesThe resumes that we create:
  • Do not include photos
  • Do not include any personal demographic information such as marital status
  • Use a maximum of 2 pages
How much should I spend on a resume service?

Imagine this. You just bought a cheap resume service from one of our competitors. Two days later, the document is quickly rushed over to you with typos, spelling mistakes, and font inconsistencies. To add insult to injury, your new resume is simply what your old resume looked like but simply rearranged with added fluff.
